To our friends,
As I sit and reflect on this past year, I feel a deep urge to pinch myself. I’m not going to. But my point is, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude toward you and toward God. So many of you stepped in and decided to be a part of the Oasis Project in moments that can only be described as divine timing. Without you, none of this happens. Baptisms. Lives turned around. New churches using ancient methods. Clean water. New projects. Leaders developed and released. Leaders using their talents for the Kingdom when they were previously using them for themselves.
So much good stuff.
One year ago, we were living in Texas with baby number three on the way. We were 90 days from moving our family of five to Sweden. That’s when we received what we believe was a call from God to go all in on what is now Oasis Project. I’d consider myself a risk-taker, but this felt like a bit of a stretch for me. Yet, I’m learning that a call from God is not a call into the unknown. It may be unknown to us -- but He is already there.
With year one in it’s final days, I’m energized and hopeful about what 2025 will bring. My hope as you browse through this report is that you feel a sense of what we did together. Your prayers, your generous hearts, your friendships, all laid the foundation for what is to come. Thank you for being friends and thank you for supporting this ministry.
